No notice by France to Russia of refusal to deliver Mistral helicopter carriers - Duma speaker

GENEVA. Oct 3 (Interfax) - Russia has not received any notification from France on its decision to default on its obligations regarding the delivery of Mistral helicopter carriers, State Duma Chairman Sergei Naryshkin said.

"As far as I know, there has been no such refusal. The French side is so far fulfilling its obligations," Naryshkin said in taking questions from journalists regarding the likelihood of the delivery of Mistrals to Russia by France on the sidelines of an OSCE Parliamentary Assembly session in Geneva on Friday.
