Russian Chamber of Commerce calls sad situation with registration of business entities in Crimea
YALTA. Oct 5 (Interfax) - Only 2,000 business entities in Crimea have registered in compliance with the requirements of Russian law after the peninsula become part of the Russian Federation, head of the committee for investment policy of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Anton Danilov-Danilyan has said.
"Out of the over 40,000 entrepreneurs in the republic a little over 2,000 got registered in Russian jurisdiction. This is a fairly sad picture," he said at a Sunday press conference in Yalta.
Crimean business entities should get registered by the end of the year in order to continue operating in the republic.
