MINSK. Oct 8 (Interfax) - The presidents of all member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States except for Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko have confirmed they will take part in a planned CIS summit in Minsk on Friday, a source in the CIS Executive Committee said on Wednesday.
