Putin urges Moldova to respond to Russia's concerns over association accord by 2016
MINSK. Oct 10 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has criticized Chisinau for refusing to hold timely consultations with Moscow to assess how Moldova's association agreement with the European Union may affect economic ties between Russia and Moldova.
When speaking at the CIS summit in Minsk on Friday, Putin called on the Moldovan authorities to sort out these issues before the end of 2015 using the agreements reached between Russia, the EU and Ukraine as an example.
