Rosneft, CNPC planning to make investment decision on Tianjin refinery in March 2016

MOSCOW. Oct 13 (Interfax) - Rosneft and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) are planning to make an investment decision in March 2016 on the construction of the Tianjin refinery, which could be completed by end-2019, Rosneft said in a statement.

Such agreements take into account an agreement signed on Monday for further increasing strategic cooperation between the two companies.
