Russian Navy's Main Staff to move back to Moscow in 2015 - source
ST. PETERSBURG. Oct 14 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian Navy's Main Staff will be transferred back from St. Petersburg to Moscow in 2015, a source in the Western Military District's headquarters told Interfax-AVN on Tuesday.
"The issue concerning the return of the Navy's Main Staff from St. Petersburg to Moscow is being discussed," he said.
The Main Staff of the Russian Navy will move back to Moscow in 2015 and will be placed in the Defense Ministry's building, the source said.
Prior to its transfer to St. Petersburg in 2012, the Main Staff had been based on Bolshoi Kozlovsky Side-Street, where the Armed Forces Logistics Service is located today.
