Usmanov leaves position as Gazprom Investholding CEO

MOSCOW. Oct 15 (Interfax) - Billionaire Alisher Usmanov has left his position as CEO of LLC Gazprom Investholding, the company said in a statement.

Usmanov met with Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller yesterday, the statement says.

The new chief of Gazprom Investholding is Yevgeny Shadrin, the former head of the company's subsidiary LLC Factoring Finance.

Usmanov became the head of Gazprom Investholding in 2000. His contract was set to expire in February 2015.
