SUMMARY: VTB boosts earnings to RAS in 9M, mixed results for other Russian banks
MOSCOW. Oct 17 (Interfax) - VTB boosted net profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) in January-September 2014, but there were mixed results for other major banks, according to turnover balance sheet reports filed with the Central Bank.
