Self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic PM rules out exchange of territories with Kyiv

NOVOAZOVSK. Oct 18 (Interfax) - Oleksandr Zakharchenko, the prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), categorically dismisses the possibility of an exchange of territories between the militias and the government forces.

"We are not going to exchange a single city for anything along the contact line, as well as on the other part of the DPR," Zakharchenko said at a meeting with voters at a culture club in Novoazovsk.
