Lavrov: Statements by U.S. colleagues show who destroys confidence in Europe

MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel's statement about the Russian army standing on the NATO doorstep shows who is destroying confidence on the European continent, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"As to the statements by our U.S. colleagues, in my opinion, they demonstrate who is really destroying confidence on the European continent. Not just by their statements but also, most importantly, by concrete actions," Lavrov said in a lecture of the United Russia party's Civil University Project.
