Lukoil to continue working on attaining Hong Kong listing - Fedun
MOSCOW. Oct 22 (Interfax) - Russian oil giant Lukoil is planning to continue working on attaining a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Lukoil Vice President Leonid Fedun told journalists on the sidelines of the National Oil and Gas Forum in Moscow on Wednesday.
"For now we have a small delay. You know that there are domestic problems in Hong Kong. But this is not stopping us," he said.
"I think that next year we will be actively moving in this direction," Fedun said.
Lukoil is planning to complete the listing procedure in Hong Kong in 2015. The company is planning on completing all procedures for the receipt of a listing this year.
Lukoil is planning to attract $1 billion as part of a SPO in Hong Kong.
