DPR premier accuses Kyiv of not observing Donbas truce
DONETSK. Oct 23 (Interfax) - The prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Alexander Zakharchenko, has accused Kyiv of failing to observe the ceasefire declared in Ukraine's eastern regions.
"The truce has been observed by us alone. But the day before yesterday we started to respond as well. It has been quieter since yesterday," Zakharchenko told reporters on Thursday.
