Moscow urges West to make Kyiv stop using cluster munitions
MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - The Russian Foreign Ministry has urged the international community to make the Ukrainian authorities stop using cluster munitions in the southeast.
"We urge the international community, including the United States and EU member countries, to influence Kyiv and to make it completely stop the use of cluster munitions against civilian residents of southeastern Ukraine," Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said.
