Ukrainian troops not using cluster munitions - Ukrainian acting envoy to UN
KYIV. Oct 24 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian government forces have not used banned weapons in Donbas, including cluster munitions, acting Ukrainian Permanent Representative at the UN Oleksandr Pavlychenko said.
"Our forces have never used banned weapons, including cluster munitions. The OSCE confirmed on Wednesday that there was no evidence that the Ukrainian had used such weapons," Pavlychenko said at a UN Security Council session on Friday.
Ukraine has "nothing to hide" and is willing to cooperate with an open and transparent investigation, Pavlychenko said.
