Representatives of 21 countries, 20 intl organizations monitoring Ukraine polls

KYIV. Oct 26 (Interfax) - As many as 2,321 officially registered international experts are monitoring the Ukrainian parliamentary elections on Sunday, said Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Olefirov.

Twenty one of them represent foreign countries and 2,017 20 international organizations, he said at a press briefing on Sunday. "The largest number of registered election monitors - 769 - represent the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which is one of the most prominent observer organization, 242 ENEMO's European network and 227 the Ukrainian World Congress," he said.

"Poland has delegated 112 official election monitors and Denmark and Germany 24," he said.
