Khabarovsk refinery reorganized as non-public stock company
MOSCOW. Oct 28 (Interfax) - Shareholders in Khabarovsk Oil Refinery at a meeting on September 16 approved a new name and form of ownership.
The refinery's revised charter states that the refinery, formerly known as OJSC Khabarovsk Oil Refinery , will now be known as the non-public stock company JSC NNK Khabarovsk Oil Refinery.
CJSC Independent Oil Company (NNK) controls the refinery. In September, NNK bought from Musa Bazhayev, president of the Alliance Group, 60% of a joint venture that was formed through a merger of the assets of Alliance Group and NNK.
