Russia's next Ukraine-bound aid convoy crosses border - emergencies ministry
DONETSK, Rostov region. Oct 31 (Interfax) - Trucks carrying Russian humanitarian aid to Ukraine's southeastern regions have successfully passed through Customs Control at the Russian-Ukrainian border, an Interfax correspondent reported.
The aid convoy crossed the border through the Donetsk-Izvarino and Matveyev-Kurgan checkpoints, Oleg Voronov, deputy director of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's National Crisis Management Center, has said.
