Explosion jolts Kharkiv rock club, there are casualties

KYIV. Nov 10 (Interfax) - An explosion has shaken the Stina rock club in downtown Kharkiv, the PR division of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's Kharkiv region department reports.

It said the police were informed about the explosion at 9:45 p.m. local time (10:45 p.m. Moscow time) on Sunday.

There were no fatalities in the incident, an informed source said.

Yet the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported injuries of eleven persons in the explosion at the Kharkiv rock pub.

First deputy chief of the Kharkiv region police Yuriy Annenkov told reporters earlier that two persons hurt in the explosion at the Stina rock pub were in a grave condition.
