Russian PM hopes difficulties with West will be resolved
NAYPYIDAW, Myanmar. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said that the West should take the initiative and try to resolve difficulties between Russia, Europe and the United States.
"Hopefully, we will be able to overcome this period in international relations and our relations with Europe and the U.S. The ball is now in their court, and they should make all the necessary decisions," Medvedev told reporters after the East Asia summit in Myanmar.
