Gazprom sets 2015 investment program at 839 bln rubles, near initial 2014 level

MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - The 2015 investment program of Russian gas major Gazprom has been planned at 839.24 billion rubles, the company said.

The 2014 investment program was initially planned at 806 billion rubles, but was then increased to 1.026 trillion rubles.

Capital expenditures will total 732.023 billion rubles in 2015 (compared with 701.11 billion rubles in the initial 2014 budget), including 731.99 billion rubles for capital construction (698.21 billion rubles) and 0.033 billion rubles to acquire noncurrent assets (2.9 billion rubles). Long-term financial investment will total 107.22 billion rubles (104.89 billion rubles).

Given the signing of the agreement with China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) on gas deliveries on the western route, the budget includes spending to finance pre-investment study of the Altai project.

The draft budget will now be submitted for examination to the board of directors.
