Mostotrest to build fourth section of M-11 road for 32.3 bln rubles
MOSCOW. Nov 14 (Interfax) - The competition commission of Russian state company Russian Highways (Avtodor) has declared Russian transport infrastructure construction company OJSC Mostotrest the winner of an open tender to finance, build and commission part of the M-11 high-speed road from Moscow to St. Petersburg, an Interfax correspondent reported from the tender's closing event.
This concerns the 208km-258km section of the highway in Tver region. Mostotrest's bid had 68.81 points, and OJSC DSK Avtoban's - 62.09 points.
On October 21, Mostotrest and Avtoban placed bids for the project. DSK Avtoban offered the lowest construction cost - 31.032 billion rubles with a base annual payment of 8.825 billion rubles.
Mostotrest offered to build the section for 32.306 billion rubles, while the annual payment was 9.187 billion rubles.
Overall construction costs in the long-term investment agreement are no more than 32.665 billion rubles at prices of the years involved and including VAT. This includes 27.481 billion rubles from Avtodor and 5.184 billion rubles in private financing, which is not subject to fall during the tender.
