Andrei Purgin becomes speaker of DPR parliament
DONETSK. Nov 14 (Interfax) - Andrei Purgin, acting first deputy prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, has been unanimously elected to the post of speaker of the DPR parliament.
All 95 DPR parliamentarians present at today's session supported this decision, an Interfax correspondent reported.
