Putin to stress need for stable tax system in his address to parliament

MOSCOW. Nov 18 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that he considers it necessary to ensure the stability of the whole tax system, and is going to reflect that in his next annual address to the Federal Assembly.

"This is definitely something to think about, and I will surely - at any rate, I will try to reflect that in my message too: stability of the tax system, and not just for agriculture," Putin said at the Action Forum held under the aegis of the All-Russia People's Front (ONF).

"(It is) extremely important for the whole economy," he said.

"The whole business community, whatever the operating sphere, has been telling us just one thing: ensure the stability of our tax system," the president said.
