RusHydro plans to list in Asia in 2015; to decide no later than Q1

MOSCOW. Nov 21 (Interfax) - RusHydro plans to receive a listing on a stock exchange in Asia in 2015, management board member George Rizhinashvili told journalists on Thursday.

He said the Russian power company expects to decide on the main parameters of the listing no later than in the first quarter of next year.

"We don't just have a desire, we have an objective to make a decision regarding the listing in Asia," Rizhinashvili said.

He said the scale of the offering in Asia will not exceed the state company's current ADR program - no more than 5% of equity.
