Syria's chemical arms plants will soon be eliminated - top Russian diplomat

MOSCOW. Nov 21 (Interfax) - At least 12 enterprises where Syria once manufactured its chemical weapons will soon be eliminated, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said at a conference on Friday.

"Twelve former chemical arms production facilities will be liquidated in the near future," he said.
