IFSK ARKS subsidiary to build fifth section of Central Ring Road for 42.2 bln rubles
MOSCOW. Nov 21 (Interfax) - LLC Ring Road (Koltsevaya Magistral) has won a tender to build, maintain and conduct repairs on the fifth section of Moscow's Central Ring Road, an Interfax correspondent reported from the results portion of the tender.
The suggested cost to build the winner's section is 42.169 billion rubles, and payments will be made to the contractor totaling 6.509 billion rubles, excluding VAT. The basic premium for inflation is 4.5%.
The maximum value of the agreement was 42.798 billion rubles, and the government will finance no more than 37.96 billion rubles of the construction. The maximum payment to be made to the contractor from Russian state company Russian Highways (Avtodor) to ensure the proper commissioning of the road section is no more than 7.23 billion rubles. The maximum basic premium for inflation was 4.65%. The contractor's investments in the project were set at 4.84 billion rubles. The long-term investment agreement is effective for 23 years.
The tender saw bids from Russian transport infrastructure construction company OJSC Mostotrest , Ruslan Baysarov's LLC Stroygazconsulting, LLC Ring Road and OJSC Avtoban. Avtodor's tendering committee later removed CJSC Crocus International from the tender due to a lack of experience.
The winner's bid received 61.24 points. Stroygazconsulting was in second place with 56.1 points, Avtoban in third with 49.35 points and Mostotrest in fourth with 38 points.
According to the SPARK-Interfax database, LLC Ring Road is a 100%-owned subsidiary of LLC IFSK ARKS, whose co-owner is Gennady Timchenko.
