Lavrov, Kerry to meet on Nov 23 - source
VIENNA. Nov 23 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry are planned to hold a bilateral meeting on Sunday on the sidelines of current negotiations in Vienna on the Iranian nuclear program issue, a source in the American delegation to the talks told reporters.
