Tangible progress made in P5+1 talks with Iran - Lavrov
VIENNA. Nov 24 (Interfax) - Iran and the Sextet have made significant progress in the Vienna talks, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"Noticeable progress has been made in the movement towards a final agreement. It has not been achieved yet, but the progress made is significant," Lavrov said after the talks.
"We are determined to negotiate a document within three to four months that would contain all basic principles, whose implementation will become a subject of technical consultations," Lavrov said.
