Minsk agreements still capable of bringing peace to eastern Ukraine - prime minister

KYIV. Nov 26 (Interfax) - The Minsk agreements reached in September are still capable of helping resolving the armed conflict in the eastern part of Ukraine, says Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

"The Minsk plan is a plan that can still bring peace to Ukraine," Yatsenyuk said at a government session on Wednesday.
