Court returns nearly 1,500 km of petroleum product pipelines to Ukraine's ownership
KYIV. Nov 26 (Interfax) - The Rivne Economic Appeals Court has recognized Ukraine's ownership of the sections of the Samara-Western Direction and Grozny-Armavir-Trudova petroleum product pipelines that run across Ukrainian territory, totaling 1,433 kilometers in length, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office reported on Wednesday.
"The sections of the petroleum product pipelines were illegally registered as owned by the company PrykarpatZakhidTrans, a subsidiary of the Russian joint stock company Transnefteproduct," the office said with reference to a court ruling dated November 25.
