Gazprom lifts restrictions of Turkey-bound gas deliveries via Ukraine

ANKARA, Dec 2 (Interfax) - Russian gas giant Gazprom has lifted all restrictions on Russian natural gas shipments to Turkey across Ukraine, Russia's Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on Monday.

"As far as I know, yes, they have already done it. I am not a Gazprom dispatcher, but, as far as I know, all agreed deliveries are being made in full today," the minister said.

Turkey said earlier that it was receiving 26 million-28 million cubic meters of gas from Gazprom a day instead of the 42 million cubic meters envisaged by their contract.
