Russian Foreign Ministry: Alleged ceasefire agreement between LPR, Kyiv is important de-escalation step

MOSCOW. Dec 2 (Interfax) - The Russian Foreign Ministry has yet to obtain official confirmation of the reported agreement between Kyiv and the militia on a ceasefire in southeastern Ukraine on December 5 but if this agreement is real, it is a step towards the fulfillment of the Minsk agreement for peace in that country.
