Ukraine ceasefire deals with Donetsk, Luhansk reached but not abided by - source
MOSCOW. Dec 3 (Interfax) - Militias in Donetsk and Luhansk have reached a number of ceasefire agreements with the Ukrainian military, a source in the leadership of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) told Interfax on Wednesday.
"Indeed, the contact groups of our military and the Ukrainian military worked here for several days. An agreement was reached on ceasefire at Donetsk airport from 6 p.m. Kyiv time on Tuesday. However, Kyiv is not honoring this agreement. The airport was being shelled from the villages of Peski and Avdiyivka all through the night," the source said.
A ceasefire agreement has also been reached in the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), he said.
