DPR says is interested in ceasefire
DONETSK. Dec 4 (Interfax) - The military administration of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) has admitted that there is a need for a ceasefire.
"We don't have an offensive potential. A ceasefire is a forced measure," DPR Security Council Secretary Alexander Khodakovsky said at a meeting with the students of the Donetsk medical institute on Thursday.
He also said the DPR administration does not expect problems with fuel supply in the winter. "We have our own sources of energy and we have a place to turn to for gas. Therefore, Ukraine is more dependent on us than we are on Ukraine," Khodakovsky said.
