Lavrov, Mogherini discuss various aspects of Russia-EU relations

MOSCOW. Dec 4 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has met with EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini at the 21st meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Basel

"The meeting addressed various aspects of Russia-EU relations, including perspectives," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a report posted on its website.

"The meeting also addressed the most vital international issues with an emphasis on the situation in the Middle east settlement and the ways of resolving the conflict in Syria," the ministry said.
