Luhansk People's Republic demands contact group meet on Dec 12 instead of Dec 9
LUHANSK, Ukraine. Dec 8 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic has demanded that the contact group on Ukraine hold its next meeting on December 12 rather than on December 9, the date set for it by Kyiv.
"The Ukrainian side plans the negotiations in Minsk for December 9, but our representatives won't go anywhere on Tuesday. We insist that the meeting be held on the 12th. This date has been approved by our neighbors in the Donetsk People's Republic as well," the press service of the Luhansk People's Republic told Interfax.
