Lavrov cautiously optimistic about Ukraine settlement process
MOSCOW. Dec 16 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says he sees reasons for cautious optimism in settling the crisis in Ukraine.
"There are reasons for cautious optimism," Lavrov said in an interview with the France 24 TV channel.
