Decision on Donetsk, Luhansk regions' autonomy rests with Ukrainians - Lavrov

MOSCOW. Dec 16 (Interfax) - It is for the Ukrainians themselves to decide whether to grant autonomy to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"It's for the Ukrainians themselves to decide. We don't propose federalization or autonomy," Lavrov said in an interview with the France 24 TV channel.
