MOSCOW. Dec 22 (Interfax) - Russian companies must make loan payments totaling $115 billion-$130 billion in the fourth quarter of 2014, President Vladimir Putin said.

"We have somewhere around $115 billion-$130 billion our companies must pay on loans in the fourth quarter this year. This is normal," Putin said at a meeting with lawmakers from the Federal Assembly.

In that connection, "the capital [outflow} will be large," he said.

During the crisis year of 2008, the capital outflow was $137 billion, Putin said.
