Minsk agenda must include special status, amnesty for Donbas - LPR
MOSCOW. Dec 23 (Interfax) - The authorized representative of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, Vladislav Deinego, will insist on the inclusion of a debate of a law on amnesty and special status for Donbas on the agenda of the Minsk talks.
Deinego told Interfax he will insist on broadening the agenda outlined by the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe). "The announced agenda misses two key points. First: to introduce a law on a special status for Donbas. Secondly, the amnesty law. We will insist on their inclusion in the agenda," the LPR representative said.
"So far I am traveling to Minsk alone," he said. "Neither the date, nor time of the talks have yet been set. The leader of our republic, Igor Plotnitsky, could join the talks if a final document which has a legal force, is agreed upon, not sooner," Deinego said.
