Kazakhstan exports 3.3 mln tonnes of grain since July 1

ASTANA. Dec 26 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan has exported 3.293 million tonnes of grain and flour in grain equivalent so far in the marketing year that began on July 1, Nurbek Dairbekov, managing director at JSC Food Production Corporation, told Interfax.

Kazakhstan still plans to export seven million tonnes of grain this marketing year, he said.

Kazakhstan harvested 18.9 million tonnes of grain in clean weight in 2014 compared with 20 million tonnes in 2013.
