KazMunayGas boosts net profit to IFRS 29% in 9M

ASTANA. Dec 29 (Interfax) - KazMunayGas (KMG) boosted net profit to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 29% year-on-year in January-September to 468.312 billion tenge, the Kazkah national oil and gas company said in a report.

Gross profit rose 9.8% to 723.292 billion tenge and sales revenue increased 12.8% to 2.4 trillion tenge (182.35 tenge/$1 on December. 29).

Assets expanded 13.3% to 8.566 trillion tenge, liabilities grew 13.3% to 3.986 trillion tenge, equity capital rose 13.4% to 4.578 trillion tenge and charter capital edged up 0.7% to 550.3 billion tenge.
