Rosenergoatom expects to sign Tianwan NPP service contract by Feb

MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - Rosnergoatom plans to sign a service contract for the Tianwan nuclear plant in China by February.

"We expect it to be wrapped up by February," Yevgeny Romanov, the concern's chief, told reporters.

China has so far signed the contract, which includes servicing sand operations.

Russia's Rosatom is building the third and fourth generating units of the Tianwan plant and is discussing the possible construction of another four.
