Court returns report on Navalny's breaking house arrest terms to Federal Corrections Service
MOSCOW. Dec 31 (Interfax) - Moscow's Zamoskvoretsky District Court has returned a report on the violation of house arrest terms by opposition activist Alexei Navalny to the Federal Corrections Service's criminal enforcement inspectorate, court press secretary Yulia Petrova told Interfax on Wednesday.
"The Federal Corrections Service's report in relation to Navalny has been returned, as the sentence has already been handed down, and the Russian Criminal Procedure Code's provisions cannot be applied in this case," Petrova said.
