Russia to deposit $500 million in charter capital of Russian-Kyrgyz development fund

MOSCOW. Dec 31 (Interfax) - Russia will contribute $500 million from the budget to the charter capital of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, an order signed by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said.

The prime minister ordered that in 2014-2016 Russia pay contributions to the charter capital of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development with federal budget funds of a total sum of $500 million, including up to $100 million dollars in 2014, up to $250 million in 2015 and up to $150 million in 2016.

The Russian Finance Ministry was ordered to agree on the conditions and way of allocating the contributions with Kyrgyzstan.

The ministry was also ordered to provide the funding for the costs associated with the payment of contributions, with budget allocations meant for the Finance Ministry of Russia in the federal budget in the corresponding financial year according to the International Relations and International Cooperation subsection of the Federal Issues classification of budget expenses.
