Prices for gasoline up 7.6% in 2014 - Rosstat

MOSCOW. Jan 12 (Interfax) - Prices for gasoline in Russia rose by 7.6% in 2014 compared with 2013, Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) data said.

In December 2014 in comparison with December 2013, the prices rose by 8.9%. In comparison with November 2014, the cost of gasoline fell by 0.9%. It should be noted that the small fall in prices for gasoline in the last month of the year in comparison with November has been observed for several years in a row.

Prices for natural gas motor fuel fell 2.3% in December.
