Moscow airports serve 77.35 mln people in 2014, up 8.7%

MOSCOW. Jan 15 (Interfax) - Moscow airports served 77.35 million people in 2014, which is 8.7% more than a year earlier, data presented by the airports said.

The leader among the three airports was Domodedovo, its passenger traffic last year rose 7.4% year-on-year to 33.04 million people.

Sheremetyevo was second for passenger traffic and it had 31.57 million passengers in 2014, which is 7.9% more year-on-year. The company said that passenger traffic on international flights remained level with 2013 at 18.5 million people. Passenger traffic on domestic flights grew by 22.8% to 13.08 million people.

At Vnukovo there were 12.73 million passengers, which is 13.9% more year-on-year.
