Armenian soldier killed in Azeri attack

YEREVAN. Jan 17 (Interfax) - Armenian serviceman Arman Arutyunian has been killed in a gunfire attack launched from Azeri positions, the Armenian defense minister's press secretary, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, informed Interfax.

The incident occurred near the village of Voskevan in the Tavush region in northeastern Armenia, he said, adding that Arutyunian was a contract serviceman.
