London has received invitation form Cameron to visit Moscow in May, but will reply later -embassy

MOSCOW. Jan 20 (Interfax) - London has received an invitation from Russia for Prime Minister David Cameron to visit Moscow in May 2015 for festivities marking the 70th anniversary of the Victory in World War II, but a reply will be provided later.

A spokesman for the British embassy has confirmed to Interfax that the invitation has been received and that a reply will be provided nearer to May.

Kremlin aid Yury Ushakov said in December 2014 that Moscow had started sending out invitations to foreign leaders to attend festivities in Moscow to be held in May.
