Donetsk People's Republic: schools to stay shut because of shelling
DONETSK, Ukraine. Jan 21 (Interfax) - All schools in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic will stay closed until the end of the week because of bombardments, the DPR Education Ministry said.
"Today it has been decided to extend the period of distance learning at Donetsk schools until the end of the week because of the situation. All educational institutions on the territory of the DPR will be closed. Teachers will send assignments to their students electronically," the ministry told Interfax.
